Your continued use of VidyaVriti after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

• Minimum Age: VidyaVriti is intended for students preparing for competitive exams. Users must be at least 15 years of age to register.
• Parental Consent for Minors: Users under 18 years of age require verifiable parental or legal guardian consent before registration, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
• Legal Capacity: By using VidyaVriti, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are under 18, your parent/guardian warrants that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
• Geographic Restrictions: Our Services are primarily intended for users in India. Access from other jurisdictions may be restricted.

1. Practice Test Engine: Self-paced practice tests covering various competitive exam categories (JEE, NEET, UPSC, CAT, etc.) with timed test execution, full-screen interface, and question navigation
2. Result Ingestion: Integration with partner physical exam centers to import your simulation test results into your digital profile
3. AI-Powered Feedback: Personalized study recommendations, detailed explanations for incorrect answers, and performance analytics generated using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms
4. Performance Tracking: Historical test data, score trends, section-wise analysis, topic-wise accuracy tracking, and weak area identification
5. Scorecards and Reports: Instant score display, downloadable PDF scorecards, and comprehensive answer key review
6. Test Integrity Features: Tab-Switch Guard alerts to encourage focus during timed practice tests
7. Question Bank: Curated question library covering exam-specific topics, chapters, and difficulty levels

• Service Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted access to VidyaVriti 24/7/365, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or error-free.
• Scheduled Maintenance: We may perform scheduled maintenance, which will be announced in advance where possible.
• Emergency Downtime: Unexpected outages may occur due to technical issues, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
• No Liability for Downtime: We are not liable for any interruption of service, loss of data during transmission, or inability to access the Platform.

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the Platform
• Change pricing structures, service tiers, or subscription models
• Add or remove question content, test categories, or exam types
• Update AI algorithms and feedback mechanisms

Material changes to paid services will be communicated in advance where commercially reasonable.

• Full name
• Valid email address
• Phone number (for OTP verification)
• Password (meeting minimum security requirements)
• Exam category and target year
• Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)
• Optional: City, state, gender, academic status

• Email Verification: You must verify your email address by clicking the verification link sent during registration.
• Phone OTP Verification: You must verify your phone number using the one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS.
• Parental Consent Verification (for users under 18):

Your account will be activated only after successful verification.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

• Using the "Delete Account" option in your profile settings, OR
• Contacting our Grievance Redressal Officer

Account deletion is subject to our data retention policies as described in our Privacy Policy. You will receive a 48-hour advance notice before permanent deletion, during which you may cancel the request.

• Use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• Respect the rights of other users and VidyaVriti staff
• Provide honest and accurate information
• Use the Services in good faith for their intended purpose

• Take tests independently without external assistance
• Not use unauthorized reference materials, calculators (unless permitted), or communication devices
• Not share or discuss test questions or answers with others
• Not engage in any form of cheating or academic dishonesty

Tab-Switch Guard: Our platform monitors navigation away from the test window during timed tests. Excessive tab-switching may result in warnings or test invalidation.

• Warning notices
• Temporary suspension of account access
• Permanent termination of account
• Deletion of test scores and results
• Legal action and referral to law enforcement (for serious violations)
• Liability for damages caused by your misconduct

We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

• Copyright laws (Copyright Act, 1957)
• Trademark laws (Trade Marks Act, 1999)
• Patent laws
• Trade secret laws
• Other intellectual property laws of India and international treaties

• Access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• View and interact with VidyaVriti Content during your authorized use
• Download scorecards and performance reports for personal reference

• Reproduce, distribute, or share test questions or answers in any form
• Post questions to online forums, social media, or messaging platforms
• Create or distribute "question banks" derived from our Content
• Use our Content to create competing exam preparation services

Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

User communications (support tickets, emails) are not confidential and may be used for service improvement, training, or legal purposes.

• The accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of third-party content
• Privacy practices of third-party websites
• Availability or functionality of linked resources

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Location of the infringing material on our Platform
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement of good faith belief that use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

• The exam center collects your response data during the physical simulation
• The center transfers your data to VidyaVriti for result processing and feedback generation
• Data is matched to your VidyaVriti account using roll number or registered email

• Obtaining your consent for data collection during physical simulations
• Compliance with data protection laws for data collected at their centers
• Secure transfer of data to VidyaVriti

VidyaVriti is not responsible for data practices at partner centers before data transfer.

• Errors or inaccuracies in data provided by exam centers
• Disputes regarding test administration at physical centers
• Technical issues during physical simulations
• Scoring discrepancies originating from center data

For issues regarding physical exam simulations, contact the partner center directly.

• Results are typically processed and available within 24-48 hours
• Processing time may vary based on data volume and complexity
• You will be notified when results are available via email and platform notification

• All partner centers will provide data for all students
• Data transfer will occur immediately after physical simulations
• Data will be error-free or complete

If you do not receive expected results within 7 days, please contact our support team.

• Analyze your test performance patterns and identify weak areas
• Generate personalized study recommendations and topic prioritization
• Provide detailed explanations for incorrect answers
• Predict exam readiness and performance trends
• Flag potential test integrity issues (Tab-Switch Guard)

1. Explanation: Request an explanation of how an AI decision was made
2. Human Review: Request human review of AI-flagged incidents (e.g., Tab-Switch warnings, test integrity alerts)
3. Challenge: Challenge any AI decision and request manual review by our academic team
4. Opt-Out: Request to disable certain AI features (may limit functionality)

To exercise these rights: Contact our Grievance Redressal Officer with your user ID, the specific AI decision in question, test ID and date (if applicable), and reason for review.

Response timeline: 7 business days for human review.

Our AI is used exclusively for educational feedback and performance analytics.

• Train and improve AI recommendation algorithms
• Enhance explanation quality
• Develop new adaptive learning features

• Free Tier: Access to limited practice tests and basic features
• Paid Tier(s): Premium subscriptions with full question banks, unlimited tests, advanced AI features, and priority support

Pricing details are available on our website and displayed during the registration/upgrade process.

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, etc.)
• Debit cards
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Net Banking
• Digital wallets (as supported by payment gateway)

All payments are processed securely through PCI DSS Level-1 compliant payment gateways (Razorpay or Cashfree).

• You are redirected to the payment gateway's secure page
• Card details, CVV, and banking credentials are entered directly on the gateway's system
• VidyaVriti does not store complete card numbers or CVV codes
• Payment gateway terms and privacy policies apply

• Subscription Period: Subscriptions are available for various durations (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) as specified during purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date (if applicable)
• Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Access Upon Cancellation: After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid period, then revert to free tier

• You will receive on-screen payment confirmation
• A payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address
• Payment details will be available in your account under "Payment History"

• You will see a clear error message indicating the reason (insufficient funds, technical error, etc.)
• You may retry the payment immediately
• If issues persist, contact your bank/card issuer or our support team

• 7-Day Refund Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 3 practice tests
• Refund Process: Contact our support team with your transaction ID and reason for refund request
• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within the stipulated business days and credited to the original payment method
• Non-Refundable After Use: Once you have accessed more than 3 tests or after 7 days from purchase, subscriptions are nonrefundable
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing platform use, contact support for resolution or refund consideration

No refunds for:

• Change of mind after 7 days or substantial use
• Dissatisfaction with AI recommendations or test difficulty
• Exam performance outcomes

• Be communicated via email notification
• Not affect active subscriptions (you pay the rate you subscribed at)
• Apply to new subscriptions or renewals after the effective date

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Freedom from viruses or harmful components
• Suitability for exam success or admission outcomes

Educational outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your effort, aptitude, preparation quality, and exam conditions.

• Test questions may contain errors or typos
• Answer keys may occasionally be incorrect
• AI-generated explanations may contain inaccuracies
• Performance analytics may not capture all nuances of learning

• Content provided by partner exam centers
• Third-party websites, resources, or services linked from our Platform
• Accuracy or legality of external content

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

• Internet connectivity issues may affect Platform access
• Device compatibility varies (we support modern browsers and devices)
• Software bugs or technical glitches may occur
• Data loss may occur due to technical failures (we maintain backups but cannot guarantee perfect data preservation)

Any information provided is for general educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

• Indirect Damages: Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages
• Financial Losses: Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, or business opportunities
• Data Loss: Loss of data, test scores, performance history, or user content
• Reputational Harm: Damage to reputation or goodwill
• Educational Outcomes: Exam failure, poor performance, missed admission opportunities, or career setbacks
• Third-Party Actions: Actions or omissions of partner exam centers, payment gateways, or other third parties
• Technical Failures: Service interruptions, downtime, bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions
• Security Incidents: Unauthorized access to accounts, data breaches, or cyberattacks (subject to our best efforts to prevent)
• User Misconduct: Losses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform

EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

• The amount you paid to VidyaVriti in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
• ₹5,000 (Five Thousand Indian Rupees)

• These limitations of liability are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and VidyaVriti
• We would not provide the Services without these limitations
• The pricing and availability of Services reflect this allocation of risk

• Liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence
• Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law

• Stop using the Platform
• Request account deletion
• Seek a refund within the refund policy terms (Section 8.8)

1. Your Use of Services: Your access to or use of the VidyaVriti Platform
2. Violation of Terms: Your violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy
3. Violation of Law: Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
4. User Content: Any content, data, or information you submit, upload, or transmit through the Platform
5. Misconduct: Your negligent or wrongful conduct, including cheating, fraud, or academic dishonesty
6. Infringement Claims: Claims that your use of the Platform infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
7. Account Security: Unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain security
8. Third-Party Claims: Claims by other users, partner centers, or third parties arising from your actions

• We will provide prompt notice of the claim
• You will assume full control of the defense and settlement (with our approval)
• We reserve the right to participate in the defense at our own expense
• You may not settle any claim that imposes obligations on us without our prior written consent

• Survives termination of your account or these Terms
• Applies even if your account has been deleted
• Extends to all legal fees, court costs, and settlement amounts

• Deleting your account through profile settings
• Contacting our Grievance Redressal Officer
• Ceasing to use the Platform

• Violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Engaging in prohibited activities (Section 4.2)
• Academic dishonesty, cheating, or test integrity violations
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Providing false or misleading information
• Creating multiple accounts for abuse or circumvention
• Unauthorized use of intellectual property
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward users or staff
• Security threats or attempts to compromise the Platform
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Prolonged inactivity (as per Privacy Policy)
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• At our discretion for any other legitimate reason

• Your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases
• Your account, test history, and performance data may be deleted (subject to mandatory retention requirements)
• Active subscriptions are forfeited without refund (unless termination was wrongful)
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred before termination
• Sections of these Terms intended to survive (Intellectual Property, Warranties, Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) continue to apply

• Termination or suspension of your account
• Deletion of your data (subject to Privacy Policy requirements)
• Loss of access to paid services (except as required by law)

• Contact our Grievance Redressal Officer within 30 days
• Provide evidence supporting your claim
• We will review and respond within 30 days

Final decisions on account termination are at our sole discretion.

• Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, storms, natural disasters)
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, riots, or armed conflict
• Government actions, laws, regulations, or orders
• Strikes, labor disputes, or industrial action
• Telecommunications or internet service failures
• Cyberattacks, hacking, or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Power outages or utility failures
• Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
• Fire, explosion, or infrastructure damage
• Third-party service provider failures (hosting, payment gateways, SMS services)

During a Force Majeure Event, our obligations under these Terms are suspended for the duration of the event.

• We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected users
• We will attempt to mitigate the effects and resume Services as soon as practicable
• We may provide alternative access methods or compensation at our discretion (not required)

You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

• Arbitration shall be conducted in [Mumbai, Maharashtra], India
• Language: English
• Single arbitrator mutually agreed upon, or appointed per Act provisions
• Arbitration costs shared equally unless arbitrator determines otherwise
• Arbitration award is final and binding

Arbitration is voluntary and requires mutual consent. If either party declines, disputes proceed to courts per Section 14.2.

• You will bring claims against VidyaVriti only in your individual capacity
• You will not participate in or seek to join class actions, collective actions, or representative proceedings
• You waive any right to have disputes resolved on a class, consolidated, or representative basis

• That provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable
• If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed
• All other provisions shall remain in full force and effect

• Waiver of any term must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative
• Waiver in one instance does not constitute waiver in future instances

We may assign these Terms to any affiliate, subsidiary, successor entity, or acquirer in connection with:

• Merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• Corporate restructuring
• Business transfer

• Email to your registered email address
• In-app notifications on the Platform
• Prominent notices on our website

You agree that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

Notices to us should be sent to:

• Partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship
• Employer-employee relationship
• Franchisor-franchisee relationship

3. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms
4. You meet the eligibility requirements (age 15+, parental consent if under 18)
5. You will use the Platform in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws
6. You understand the limitations of liability and disclaimers
7. You understand your obligations regarding intellectual property and prohibited activities
8. You understand that VidyaVriti does not guarantee exam success or admission outcomes
9. You accept the risks of using an online educational platform
10. For users under 18: Your parent/legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf
